Privacy policy

In short

DogRun does not collect personal data. It has no accounts or sign-up, shows no ads, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and sends nothing to our servers or anyone else's. The game works fully offline.

What is stored on your device

So you can pick up where you left off, the game stores the following locally, on your iPhone or iPad only:

• the coins you've saved up and your best distance;
• the buddies you've unlocked and the buddy you've chosen;
• your music, sound effects, vibration and language settings.

The game never sends this data off the device, and it never reaches us. If you delete DogRun, it is deleted with it. If iCloud Backup is on, it may be included in your device backup, which Apple handles under Apple's privacy policy.

Permissions

DogRun does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or any other data on your device. Vibration uses the iPhone's haptic engine and can be turned off in the game's settings.

Reports from Apple

If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iOS settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. Apple collects and manages these reports. They don't identify you, and we only use them to fix bugs.

Children

Because DogRun collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children.

Email

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don't share them with anyone, and we delete them when you ask.

Your rights

We hold no data about you, so there is nothing of ours to access, correct or delete. The game's data lives on your device and is always under your control. If you have any questions, get in touch.

Changes

If the game changes in a way that affects this policy, for example by adding ads or purchases, we'll update this page and the date at the top before that version is released.
